Delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and local delivery conditions.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders across India only.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will first contact you to collect the applicable shipping charges. After the payment is received, your order will be shipped, and the tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

5. Shipping Charges

For orders shipped through Tirupati Courier or Skyking Courier, shipping charges generally range between ₹50 and ₹70 per kg, depending on the delivery location and applicable courier rates.

Depending on service availability and the delivery location, we may also ship orders through Delhivery, Amazon Shipping or India Post. For orders shipped through Delhivery Courier, Amazon Shipping, or India Post, delivery charges generally range between ₹50 and ₹70 per kg additional volumetric weight charges may apply based on the package dimensions.

The final shipping charges will be confirmed and collected from the customer before dispatching the order.

6. Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier-related issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
